Somatic practice isn't about "getting out of our heads".
We need critical thinking and body fluency to navigate these times.
My approach to somatics helps us reclaim a sense of safety and belonging in our bodies and in our lives. An expanded capacity to show up for the hard stuff, the beauty, and the joy.
Come in and check out a range of ways we can work together.
I’m a Trauma-Informed Massage Therapist, Somatic Practitioner & Yoga Teacher.
I've been working with bodies for over 25 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve trained and practiced in massage therapy, acupressure, meditation, yoga and somatics. I’ve held 1:1 sessions, classes, group workshops, and retreats.
The era of individual optimization is over.
Our wellness is interdependent and collective care is the path forward.
All bodies deserve to go through life feeling seen, safe, held and respected. I’m committed to studying anti-oppression, dismantling dominant cultural stories, and holding influence and privilege responsibly in relation to the collective.
I believe bodies are brilliant. They’re great at relationships. Full of ideas and deeply perceptive, given the right support.
My weekly yoga classes are for mid-lifers, caregivers, helping professionals and above all for humans who care deeply and who want to keep showing up through times that are testing us in so many ways.
