Hi, I'm Annie (she/her),

I’m a somatic coach, teacher of care and registered massage therapist and I'm tending the embers of joy, pleasure and embodied resilience during a time of upheaval and change.

My teaching and 1:1 coaching is based on movement, touch (including facilitated self-massage), somatic exploration and supportive presence. My work is offered through the lens of trauma-awareness, intersectional feminism and social justice.

These times are complex and challenging and In response I created this online space, which is home to a few good things:

~ Bodies of Freedom, a free online community for brave hearts in need of respite and resourcing. Contains a library of supportive practices that you can start today.
